For people who run stores for a living
Run stores your way. Keep a real share of what you build.
Owners post stores and the return they want. You bid the return you will stand behind and the share of the upside you ask for. A store run the way the brand teaches can earn far more than a typical one, and that upside is yours to share.
How it works for operators
- 1
Tell us your record
Years, stores, sales against the area, crew turnover and brand audit scores. You start at Starter. As we check each fact, your level rises.
- 2
Bid on stores
See the full numbers, then say the return you will stand behind and the split you ask for. Newcomers can bid on offers that welcome them.
- 3
Earn upside
The owner's return comes first. Everything above it is shared in your split. Return is measured quarter by quarter, as you and the owner agree.
We look for operators who work the store
You know the shift: slammed at noon, dead at three, a no-call, no-show on a Friday. You know how to schedule to sales and keep a crew that wants to stay. That is the skill owners cannot find, and it is what they are bidding for.
Owners here want someone hands-on: in the store, on the floor, leading by doing. Every bid says how many hours a week you will work in the store yourself and what pay you ask. Your pay is a cost of the store and comes out before the owner's return. Your share of the upside comes after.
Prefer a bigger crew? That is fine, if you are good at managing one. The upside is paid after labor, so a crew you cannot manage costs you.
Relief work
Some owners add Emergency cover. If you tick "open to short-notice relief work" on your profile, you may be asked to step into a store that has lost its operator, on the agreement that operator made.
Build a store everyone is proud of
Operators who roll up their sleeves are the ones who get called up on stage at the annual company meeting and handed the awards. Owners notice too. For an owner who was only looking for a return, having the best store in the system is quite an experience, and they remember who made it happen.
New here? That can be an advantage.
Some owners will only take Pros. Others like a hungry newcomer who is eager to prove themselves, and will take a smaller share of the upside to get one. Which offers you can bid on depends on your level, so the more we can check, the more doors open.
