The short version: we use what you give us to match owners with operators, and for nothing else. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
QSR Operations is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.
What you give us, and what happens to it
If you post a store (an owner). You give us your name and email, the store's city and state, its yearly sales and costs, how much you have invested, the terms you want, what you think is going wrong, and, if you choose, your profit for the last three years. Operators who have joined can see the store's numbers and terms. They do not see your name, email, phone or exact address until you choose a bid.
If you join as an operator. You give us your name, email, city and state, a short bio, and facts about your record. In a bid you also give the hours you will work in the store and the pay you ask. Owners with an open offer can see your name, level, location, bio and facts, and which facts we have checked. They see your email and phone only after you are chosen.
Bids. Your return, split, length and message are shown to the owner of that offer.
Private links. We do not use passwords. Each owner offer and each operator profile has its own private link, sent to your email and shown once on screen. Anyone with the link can open that page, so keep it private.
AI. To write the plain-words notes, we send an AI service provider the store's numbers (never names, emails or phone numbers). It writes a short note and we check that every number in it is one we sent.
Contact form. Messages you send from our Contact page go to our form service and then to us.
Email. We use an email service to send your private link and, when a bid is chosen, to introduce the owner and operator.
How long we keep it
We keep an offer or profile until you delete it. Each page has a Delete button that removes it and its bids at once. You can also email us and we will delete it. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour. We do not log what you type into forms.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string (so never your private link), your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Your store numbers and profile facts are never sent to either tool.
Who else handles it
- An AI service provider writes the plain-words notes.
- An email service sends the links and introductions.
- A form service delivers Contact page messages.
- Our hosting provider runs the site.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Sensitive information
Store sales and costs are business information. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or tax IDs anywhere on this site. We never ask for them.
Your choices
You can delete your offer or profile yourself, or email us to ask what we hold or to have it deleted. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.
Security
We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
QSR Operations is for adults in business. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
